Hi, my name is ANTONY and I am a Personal Trainer. I am a Master Trainer graduate of the Australian Institute of Fitness, obtaining a Certificate IV in Fitness. I also have a Level 1 ASCA Certificate along with many other qualifications.

 

My goal is to "Get you the results you want from your body, and keep you motivated to do so."

 

Here is little about myself and my passion......

 

I have been involved in many sports from a young age. I have played FOOTBALL (soccer) for my STATE and also for my COUNTRY. I have also been a state level ATHLETE.

 

I have always had an interest in the human body: how it works; how to IMPROVE it; and get maximum benefit out of it.

 

So, my decision was simple.....become a Personal Trainer and be extremely good at it. All while helping people achieve their goals and along the way get paid to do what I love doing most!

 

My clients are from a diverse background with different body types and goals. For example, one of my client's goals is to BUILD MUSCLE MASS and maintain a healthy lifestyle...whereas another's is to DECREASE FAT PERCENTAGE and TONE the entire body.

 

When you train with me, I first discuss your goals, and then I create a PERSONALISED training regime which I will GUARENTEE to: make you FEEL MORE ALIVE, REDUCE STRESS, RELIEVE ACHES and PAINS, IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY and MAINTAIN BODY BALANCE all whilst giving you a great understanding of the body and helping you ACHIEVE YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS.

 

It is up to you to take the first step and I will be here to help you the rest of the way. What I am saying is:

Antony is very knowledgeable and is himself very passionate about training and keeping fit. His attitude towards fitness is not only about physical training but a complete coverage of all aspects that contribute to a healthy person including nutrition, rehab exercises, massage, physical fitness for stamina and strength and fitness of the mind itself.

As a person Antony has a very friendly personality and is very interesting to talk to. He is quite matured and disciplined and is very supportive when an unexpected situation arises.

Being a Personal Trainer myself I never thought I would need one of my own. Although, since training with Antony I realised that he is just what I needed. I have achieved my set goals and even gone beyond. He has a great range of exercises and knows how to keep you motivated. I always thought I was giving 100% when exercising but somehow Antony has managed to squeeze out another 20%.

While training he is very much involved and is always there to understand and guide, not forgetting to push us to achieve what we need to. He is very creative in his routines making the sessions fun and interesting.

I have been training with Antony for the last 2 years after I was referred to him by my close friend who is also training under Antony's guidance. With our referral another friend of ours also signed up with Antony and is currently training with him. Turns out that he is exactly what I was looking for. Motiv8 Fitness Training is a great way for you to achieve your goals.

Although I have only been training with Antony for a short time I have noticed significant changes, for me muscle definition and cm loss. Antony has helped me achieve fitness goals I never thought possible. He may be tough but always fair and the results are rewarding.
